Nevada Highway Patrol troopers are working a fatal accident at Stephanie Way and Highway 395 in Minden.
The accident happened about 2:23 p.m. in the northbound lanes and involved two vehicles, with some reports of victims trapped inside. At least one person was killed.
NHP Sgt. Mark Clark said both lanes of northbound traffic are open, but movement is slow. One vehicle is on Stephanie Way and another is off to the side of the road.
Details of the deceased victim were not available as of 3 p.m.
