Douglas High’s Ella Kavanagh wrestles an opponent from Lowry near the center 10-foot circle. That circle will be optional next season as the NFHS approved sweeping changes for the sport for the winter of 2024-25.
Several significant rule changes will alter the look of high school wrestling, starting next winter.
