A variety of prizes will be given away and auctioned off when the Carson High School Football Boosters Club holds its Hall of Fame Dinner/Dance tonight at Adele's Restaurant.
The event gets under way with cocktails at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6, induction ceremonies for the Carson High Football Hall of Fame at 7 and then the auction and dance. Chet Wood, Harold "Pep" Martin and John Sullivan comprise the inaugural class of inductees into the Hall of Fame.
Among the featured auction items are four travel packages, including trips to Las Vegas and San Diego, Busch 300 Series tickets and tickets to watch the San Francisco Giants play the San Diego Padres, in addition to an autographed Jerry Rice helmet and photograph.
