The Carson City Raiders Booster Club annual Christmas Commitment fund-raiser will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at Big Al's Good Time Pizza, 230 Fairview Drive.
This year the club has adopted several homebound senior citizens from the Carson City area. Proceeds from the benefit will enable the club to provide from each senior's wish list for Christmas.
Available at the fund-raiser will be raffles, a live auction featuring many individual items, games for the kids and more. A big-screen TV will have the Oakland Raiders versus Pittsburgh Steelers game on at 10 a.m. and a private vendor will be on hand with specialized and autographed memorabilia.
Donations of new toys will be accepted for the Toys for Tots program as well as new batteries for donation to the Eagle Valley Children's Home.
