Letter: Ensign voted against insurance protection

Beware the voters.

I have been watching John Ensign's political TV ad on HMOs. He seems to be deceiving the people. The truth is when John Ensign was in Congress, he voted for the Insurance Protection Act which provides no recourse for people who have been denied needed medical care (House vote No. 339 on July 24, 1998). Why should he try to fool the people? John Ensign will lie about anything to get to the Senate.
