The deviants are out of the closet again. The queers and lesbians are really bitter and are up in arms about the Supreme Court's decision on the Boy Scout's morality requirements and beliefs of their moral code.

They are now raising all hell about the Scouts' very public accommodations for meetings or events. They have resorted to trying to intimidate supporters of the Scouts and public officials into denying the Boy Scouts access to support of their organization. This is a new low even for the lowest dregs of humanity.

Some lady wrote the Appeal about some businesses having withdrawn their support of the Scouts. She suggested a boycott of these companies and stores. I would love to join her in this endeavor if she would publish a list. The decent people of Nevada must stand up to these filthy, immoral scum of the earth. If you disagree with these misfits, they call you uncaring, insensitive and a religious bigot. So be it. Vote yes on Question 2.

Now from under the bridge, Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco, etc. come the dopers who want to legalize pot (marijuana) in Nevada.

Their ultimate goal is to legalize all drugs in the USA. They are pushing this effort under the guise of medicinal use of marijuana. Doctors can legally prescribe the necessary medications for the so-called illness or health problems, but not for smoking pot. From an old political quote (Huey P. Long of Louisiana, I think), "A chicken in every pot," will become "Pot in every chicken," in every fast food place in Nevada. This is a sham, and a very dangerous amendment to our constitution, which will be almost impossible to enforce. For your children's sake, vote no on Question 9.
