Stanley Kevin Lambie, a 39-year-old Carson City laborer, is in custody accused of lewdness with a 14-year-old girl.
The incident, reported Monday, is alleged to have occurred in the 500 block of West College Parkway.
"The victim's mother reported it to a counselor at the Ron Wood's Center," said Lt. Ray Saylo.
Lambie was arrested on a Carson City warrant. He is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail.
