A funeral for Daniel Wyatt, 57, a Reno resident for the past 25 years, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Walton's.
Mr. Wyatt died Nov. 4, 2000, at his home. He was born Nov. 14, 1942, in Gardnerville, to Robert and Lesha Coleman Wyatt.
Before moving to Reno, he lived in Gardnerville.
Mr. Wyatt was an archaeological monitor and heavy equipment operator. He was a member of the Washoe Language Group of Reno and Great Basin Basket Weavers Organization of Sacramento, Calif., and he loved hunting and fishing.
Among his survivors are his son Keith of Gardnerville; daughter Corrinda of Reno; brothers Vernon, Robert and Lloyd, all of Gardnerville and Floyd of Reno; sisters Barbara Zieroth, Doris Buckhart and Kathie Wyatt, all of Gardnerville and Victoria Wyatt of Reno.
Burial will be at the Genoa Cemetery.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
