Capital City Community Concerts' second concert of the season will be the Rhythm Brothers at 7:30 p.m., Nov. 30 in the Carson City Community Center. This quartet plays swinging jazz with comedy, plus rousing bluegrass numbers.
Carson City school district students may contact their school administrators for complimentary tickets for them and their parents to attend the concert as guests of the Association.
