A report of assault was filed this week against a supervisor at the Student Support Services office at Seeliger Elementary School in the 2800 block of Saliman Road.

The alleged victim, a teacher, said that the supervisor hit her after she failed to complete a task to the supervisor's satisfaction. The alleged battery happened at 11 a.m. Monday, the report states.

Lt. Ray Saylo of the Carson City Sheriff's Department said a case number was taken and the case was referred to the district attorney's office for review. During an investigation Monday evening, the suspect reportedly admitted to the incident, Saylo said.

The department received the report at the end of the work day. No arrests have been made.
