Members of the Western Nevada Musical Theatre Company invite you to join them as they bring the incomparable "My Fair Lady" to Carson City this fall.
Performers are invited to audition today at 6 p.m. in Aspen 207 of the Western Nevada Community College main campus.
WNMTC will perform "My Fair Lady' weekends Nov. 3 through Nov. 19 at the Carson City Community Center.
The casting call will be conducted for several parts, including leading men Henry Higgins, Alfie Doolittle and Colonel Pickering; leading women Eliza Doolittle and Mrs. Higgins; and part-singing quartet, dance troupe and chorus members.
Bob Grant will direct the show, Sephanie Arrigotti will be the associate director and Gina Kaskie Davis will be the choreographer.
Auditioners should come prepared to sing a song two minutes or less in length that demonstrates their vocal style and range. They can bring a taped accompaniment or provide the accompanist with a musical score.
Advanced instrumentalists can be part of the "My Fair Lady" orchestra conducted by Arrigotti. Musicians should call 445-4250 for a personal audition.
