The Carson City Recreation Department is forming a youth basketball team. Registration is Wednesday, Oct. 13 and Tuesday, Oct. 19, 6-7 p.m. in the lobby of the Community Center. Boys and girls grades 3-8 are invited to attend. Selections will be made at the workout on Nov. 20.
