All of the applicable open fishing waters in Inyo and Mono counties in California will close to 1999 fishing on Sunday.
Those waters include locations such as the West Walker River, the Little Walker River, Kirman Lake, Poore Lake, Secret Lake, Roosevelt Lake, Lane Lake, Lobdell Lake, Bridgeport Reservoir, Upper and Lower Twin Lakes, The East Walker River, Buckeye Creek, Robinson Creek, Green Creek, Dynamo Pond, the various lakes in the Virginia Lakes area, Lundy Lake, Crowley Lake, the four lakes in the June Lake Loop (Grant, Gull June and Silver), Rush Creek, Convict Lake and Creek, the lakes in the Mammoth Lakes Basin (George, Mamie, Mary and Twin), just to name a few.
At those many different locations you can catch trout such as cutthroat, cutbow, Eastern brook, German brown, golden, Kamloop, rainbow, plus Kokanee salmon.
All of the applicable waters in Mono and Inyo counties will not re-open to fishing until the last Saturday in April.
