Volunteers are needed to judge at the Second Annual Jennifer Smith Memorial Speech and Debate Tournament at Douglas High School, Friday and Saturday, Jan. 7-8. Two training clinics will be offered for to volunteers Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 4-5, at the School.
