Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Toms River, N.J.
Mrs. Manns was a homemaker. She loved music, her family and her grandchildren. She was a Protestant.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, May 8, 1995, in Carson City.
Among her survivors are her son, William C., of Alamogorda, N.M.; daughters, Charlene Foerschler of Carson City and Jacky Gauthier of Lowell, Mass.; five grandchildren including Jason D. Cypher of Minden and Daniel A. Cypher of Carson City and three great-grandchildren, including Ryan Spring of Groton, Mass.
A memorial service will be at a later date.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home, Gardnerville, is in charge of arrangements.
