Peter DoHallow, 74, a Carson City resident for the past five years, died Nov. 22, 1999, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. He was born July 4, 1925, in Pennsylvania, to Thomas and Maria Pachenko DoHallow.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Hubbard, Ohio.
Mr. DoHallow was a truck driver. He was very active in the Carson City Senior Citizen Center and enjoyed the people there. He also liked to travel.
He served in the U.S. Marines as a sergeant.
Among his survivors are his wife, Ema, of Carson City; sons, Donald, of Conyers, Ga., Peter D. Jr., of Hubbard and Jack, of California; daughters, Patricia M., of Newport News, Va. and Joann, of Lake Tahoe; sister, Ann Schuller, of Sharpesville, Pa.; stepsister, Sheryl Nguyen, and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at a later date at Kelly Robb Funeral Home, 709 N. Main St., Hubbard, Ohio 44425.
Burial will be at St. Patrick Cemetery in Hubbard.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery, is in charge of arrangements.
