William Raymond Kegley, 73, a Carson City resident for the past 10 years, died Oct. 10, 1999, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. He was born March 13, 1926, in Los Angeles, to Walter F. and Anna F. Fulton Kegley.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Placerville, Calif.
Mr. Kegley worked as a machinist in the aerospace industry. He enjoyed computers and classical music. He was a history buff and enjoyed reading.
He served in the U.S. Navy and Army and was a World War II and Vietnam veteran.
Among his survivors are his sons, Duane Kegley, of San Jose, Calif., Ralph Rennie, of Los Angeles, Calif. and Dennis Kegley, of Klamath Falls, Ore.; daughters, Debbie Kegley of San Jose, Susan Templeman, of Los Angeles and Denise Kegley, of Vancouver, Wash.; sister, Mary Ross, of Auburn, Calif. and four grandchildren.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
