Reid stabs Bryan's Black Rock proposal

The silliness that is opposition to the Black Rock NCA has been well documented in these pages. Fear, innuendo and misinformation fly from people who want to ignore threats to the Black Rock/High Rock region. On the other side, there is a Citizen's Proposal for a Black Rock American Heritage NCA that identifies specific threats, makes specific recommendations and is a sensible, Nevada-inspired solution to the threats the area faces.

Now enter Senator Reid. The environmental senator has been so helpful on this issue, letting us know that geothermal resources are primary in the area, and that Senator Bryan's effort will not pass this year. Can someone please help Senator Bryan remove the knife in his back?
