Sanitation truck rolls; two injured

A Capital Sanitation truck rolled on Tuesday, causing injuries to two men who had to be transported to area hospitals.

The truck was traveling southat 1 p.m. on South Curry Street near Rhodes Street when the driver reportedly lost control, causing the truck to flip.

Chief Sheriff's Deputy Scott Burau said the cause is still undetermined, but the wreck occurred near a sharp curve in the road.

One of the unidentified men sustained back injuries and was taken to Carson-Tahoe Hospital, while the other man was taken by CareFlight helicopter to Washoe Medical Center with head injuries.
