-- Kevin Talbott, 47, an unemployed transient, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. Monday on Clear Creek Road on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $20,000.
-- Stanley Fleming, 42, a cabinet maker from Mound House, was arrested at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 Cottonwood Drive for suspicion of the following felonies: two counts of battery with a deadly weapon on a police officer, two counts of battery on a peace officer, resisting arrest and probation violation. Fleming was allegedly on the roof of a home threatening to jump. According to the police report, when officers tried to subdue him, he struggled with them, attempted to pull one off the roof with him and sprayed them with pepper spray. His bail is set at $67,000.
-- Kenneth Jay Anderson, 33, a carpenter from Carson City, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of felony indecent exposure. His bail was set at $7,500.
