Obituary -- Margaret Elizabeth Dargert

Private services will be held for Margaret Elizabeth Dargert, 31, a Carson City resident since 1974.

She died Feb. 13, 2002 at Carson-Tahoe Hospital.

A member of the Sioux and Chippewa tribes, she was born Oct. 11, 1970 to Richard Omen and Judy Shoestring Omen. She worked as a secretary for the state.

She is survived by her grandfather, Otis Stoliby of Minden; father, Richard Omen and his wife, Sandra, of Carson City; mother, Judy Lawrence, of Bullhead, S.D.; son, Nolan Dargert, of Reno; daughter, Tiffany DeRosa, of Carson City; sisters, Nicole Omen and Liza Lawrence, of Bullhead; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
