James "Jim" Swanson, 48, a longtime Carson City resident, died Jan. 5, 2002. He was born April 5, 1953, in Portland, Ore.
He worked at Greenhouse Garden Center for the past 3-1/2 years.
Northern Nevada Memorial Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
