The following people were taken into custody by the Carson City jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
-- Kimberly Griffin, 28, of Carson City, unemployed, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. Thursday in the first block of Denio Court for investigation of possession of methamphetamines, manufacture of methamphetamines, child endangerment and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies said they found lab chemicals commonly used in the manufacture of methamphetamines in addition to a white powdery substance.
Griffin's 5-year-old son was taken by Child and Family Services. Bail was set at $40,000.
-- A 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 10:57 p.m. Thursday in the 3300 block of South Carson Street for investigation of first-offense DUI and having an open container in his car. Bail was set at $1,265.

-- One property damage report.
-- One vehicle burglary report.
-- One grand larceny report.
-- One residential burglary report.
-- Two domestic battery reports.
-- One larceny report ending in misdemeanor arrest.
