Roy Enoch Sandberg, 82, a Carson City resident for the past 13 years, died Oct. 30, 2002, in Carson City.
He was born April 25, 1920, in St. Paul, Minn., to Enoch John and Clemeney Paul Sandberg and attended high school in Minnesota.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in El Paso, Texas.
He was a machinist at Defense Manufacturing. He was baptized in the Catholic Church.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Among his survivors are: brothers Howard A. of El Dorado Hills, Calif., and John O. and Edward F. , both of Minnesota.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
