Four-year-old Ashley Tibbets of Carson City enjoys ice cream Monday at the Carson Ambulance Surgical Center's 16th birthday party at Treadway Park. The event was open to the public and featured 16 flavors of ice cream, 16 toppings, entertainment and special recognition of 16-year employees.
