The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
-- A 26-year-old transient sheet metal worker was arrested at 10:53 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of North Carson Street on misdemeanor suspicion of violation of bail conditions and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,105.
-- A 21-year-old Mound House laborer was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Carson and Fifth streets on misdemeanor suspicion of failure to yield to a pedestrian, no valid insurance and first-offense driving under the influence. Bail was set at $1,925.
-- Danny Lee Horrocks, a 27-year-old unemployed Carson City man, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Como Street on gross misdemeanor suspicion of violation of a stalking order. Bail was set at $2,605.
-- A 19-year-old Carson City stocker was arrested at 4:23 p.m. Saturday at the corner of Airport and Douglas roads on misdemeanor suspicion of basic speed violation, fictitious registration, suspended registration, no proof of insurance and failure to complete community service. Bail was set at $1,880.
-- Margarita Rodriguez, a 19-year-old Carson City clerk, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. Sunday in the 3900 block of South Carson Street on felony suspicion of embezzlement. Bail was set at $15,000.
