Sheriff's blotter

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

-- Arcenio Ulloa, 19, unemployed from Carson City, and Reymundo Castellanos, 23, were arrested at 2:38 a.m. Monday on Hot Springs Road. Ulloa was booked on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor stoplight violation, failure to use a turn signal, failure to maintain his lane and minor consuming alcohol. His bail was set at $3,030. Castellanos was booked on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. His bail was set at $3,605.

-- Sebastian Allan, according to the police report aka Buster Blood Vessel, 44, a mechanic from Carson City, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on a warrant for suspicion of failure to appear on a felony third drunken-driving arrest and failure to comply. His bail was set at $11,000.
