Sheriff's blotter

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:

-- A 44-year-old man from Carson City was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on a warrant for suspicion of misdemeanor no insurance, hit and run and obstructing. No bail was set.

-- A 41-year-old maintenance worker from Carson City was arrested at 3:41 a.m. Friday in the 2100 block of South Roop Street on a warrant for suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court on a domestic violence charge, obstructing justice and felony failure to change address. Bail was set at $3,590.

-- Arnaldo Navarro-Pinedo, 27, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 4 p.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, trafficking, misdemeanor driving without a valid license, no insurance and invalid registration. He allegedly had 58 grams of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $44,450.

-- A 20-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Thursday at Mills Park on suspicion of misdemeanor loitering where children are. Bail was set at $210.
