A celebration of life for Harold E. Staub, 76, a Carson City resident for 43 years, will be from 2-4 p.m. Saturday at 2425 So. Lompa Lane.
Mr. Staub died April 16, 2003, in Carson City. He was born Nov. 16, 1926, in Glendive, Mont., to John and Anna Staub.
He was a high school graduate and the youngest sergeant in the Marine Corps during World War II
Mr. Staub owned and operated the Carson City A&W restaurant from April 1960 through December 1975.
Among his survivors are his wife of 56 years, Marlene; children John, Richard and Sandra Amodei; and six grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetic Foundation.
