A funeral for Mitch Wojtowicz, 47, a Carson City resident for the past 25 years, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
A Rosary will be at 6 p.m. Sunday at Walton's.
Mr. Wojtowicz died Aug. 20, 2003, at Washoe Medical Center. He was born Jan. 1, 1956, in Poland, to Jan and Jozefa Swiatek Wojtowicz.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Chicago.
Mr. Wojtowicz worked for the Legislative Counsel Bureau as a specialist in heating, ventilation and air conditioning and maintained the HVAC equipment throughout the legislative building. He was a Catholic. He enjoyed collecting guns, fishing and he was a big sports fan.
Among his survivors are his wife Lorie of Carson City; daughters Jasia Wojtowicz of Reno and Lauren Wojtowicz of Carson City and father and mother, sister Jeannie Nabicht and brother Henry, all of Carson City.
Burial will be at Lone Mountain Cemetery.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
