Addie Lamon, 92, a Carson City resident for the past 30 years, died Dec. 30, 2002, at her home. She was born Aug. 8, 1910, in Idaho, to James and Maude Shively Smith.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Fort Jones, Calif.
Mrs. Lamon was a past member of the Eastern Star in Temple City, Calif. She enjoyed gardening, dancing and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Jack, in 1995; grandson Tom Lamon of Phoenix; and great-grandson Richard Fernandez of New York.
Among her survivors are her son and daughter-in-law, Carl and Sue Lamon of Carson City; brother, Jim Smith of Paradise, Calif.; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
No services will be held.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
