Sheriff's blotter

The following woman were booked into the Carson City Jail. Suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

-- Sharon Quesnel, 40, an unemployed accountant from Carson City, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of three hypodermic needles and probation violation. No bail was set because of the probation violation.

-- Diana Marie Jimenez, 37, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Robinson Street on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and a traffic offense. Bail was set at $3,645.

-- Wayne Howard, 54, a mechanic from Carson City, was arrested Monday at 11:53 a.m. in the 2400 block of Bunch Way, on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor battery, driving without a valid license and failing to stop for a police officer. Howard allegedly rammed the truck of a man who came to his home to reposses a vehicle. Bail was set at $31,870.
