Sheriff's blotter

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:

- A 24-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment was arrested at 11 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Stewart and Carson Streets on a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to pay fines. A cash-only bail was set at $286.

- Ronald Lawrence, a 43-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment, was arrested at 2:43 a.m. Sunday at the Carson Nugget Casino on suspicion of felony battery with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor suspicion of battery. Bail was set at $31,132.

- A 20-year-old female student from Gardnerville was arrested at 10:48 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor minor consuming alcohol and minor loitering. Bail was set at $642.

- A 34-year-old female hardware store employee from Carson City was arrested at 6:36 p.m. Saturday in the 2900 block of Menlo Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
