Obituary: Nile E. Parks Sr.
A celebration of life for Nile E. Parks Sr., a longtime Incline Village resident, will be at 11 a.m. Oct. 25 at the North Tahoe Community Church, 300 Country Club Drive, Incline Village.
Mr. Parks died Oct. 10, 2003. He was born an Oct. 3, in Pennsylvania.
He moved to Lake Tahoe in the 1950s. Mr. Parks operated a Chevron dealership in Incline Village.
Among his survivors are his wife, Susan; children Debra Starnes, Cynthia Gilley and Nile Parks Jr.; grandchildren Joshua Gilley and Shelby Parks; brother, Mansel; and sister, Helen Salata.
Reno Memorial Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
