Sheriff's Blotter

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

-- A 24-year-old Carson City man was placed in civil protective custody in the Carson City Sheriff's Department jail at 2:10 a.m. Sunday. No bail was set.

-- Cory Beckett, a 31-year-old transient laborer, was arrested at 4:23 a.m. Sunday on the corner of Armory Lane and Diane Drive on a felony warrant for probation violation and misdemeanor suspicion of failure to appear in court on a traffic violation. No bail was set.

-- Kyle Fitch, a 33-year-old Carson City tile worker, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. Sunday on Windtree Circle on four counts felony suspicion vehicle burglary and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000.

-- Danny Maxfield, a 27-year-old Carson City construction worker, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. Sunday on Windtree Circle on four counts felony suspicion vehicle burglary and possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000.

-- Michael Moyer, a 24-year-old Carson city laborer, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of East Long Street on two counts of gross misdemeanor child endangerment, misdemeanor suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $7,028.

-- Cassandra Moyer, an 18-year-old unemployed Carson City woman, was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of East Long Street on two counts of gross misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor suspicion of possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,996.

-- Edward Joseph Mogannan, a 36-year-old unemployed man of unknown residence, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. Saturday in the 3300 block of Champion Street on felony suspicion of home invasion and gross misdemeanor suspicion of false imprisonment. Bail was set at $25,000.

-- A 46-year-old Carson City technician was arrested at 2:10 p.m. Saturday in the 4300 block of South Carson Street on a misdemeanor warrant out of Reno for failure to comply. A cash-only bail was set at $1,200.

-- Eduardo Davalus-Anquiano, a 39-year-old Carson City waiter, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of South Carson Street on felony suspicion of grand larceny. Bail was set at $25,000.

-- A 36-year-old unemployed transient was arrested at 12:27 p.m. Saturday on the corner of Nye Lane and Airport Road on misdemeanor suspicion of defrauding an innkeeper. Bail was set at $2,105.

-- A 42-year-old Carson City nurse was arrested at 9:02 a.m. Saturday in the 3400 block of North Carson Street on misdemeanor suspicion of first-offense driving under the influence. Bail was set at $1,105.
