A memorial service for Roman Michael Colonna will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Calvary Chapel, 222 Edison Way, Reno.
The infant died Dec. 6, 2004, at Washoe Medical Center.
He was born Sept. 17, 2004, at Barton Memorial Hospital at South Lake Tahoe.
Among his survivors are his mother, Jessica Drake of South Lake Tahoe; father, Michael Colonna of Carson City; maternal grandmother, Sandi Beliveau of South Lake Tahoe and her fiance Jerry Maxwell of Carson City; maternal grandfather, Doug Drake of Southern California; paternal grandmother, Peggy Palmer and grandfather Dennis Mills of Carson City; paternal grandfather Ed Colonna of Washoe Valley; paternal great-grandfather Nick Colonna of Washoe Valley; paternal great-grandmother, Peggy Rhodes of Sparks; paternal great-grandfather Wilbur Gene Palmer of Wheeling, W.Va.; maternal great-grandparents Thomas and Joanna Lang of Alabama; and Aunt Sasha.
