Richard A. Holman, 72, a Carson City resident for the past 13 years, died Jan. 4, 2004, at home. He was born July 14, 1931, in Philadelphia to Granville W. and Mary Spiegel Holman.
He married Janice Northey on Nov. 13, 1951, on the "Bride and Groom" television program.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Philadelphia.
Mr. Holman retired as power director for a utility company in Philadelphia.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Granville Jr.
Among his survivors are his wife, Janice of Carson City; daughter, Karen Holman Christiansen and grandchildren Greg, Sarah, Rachel and Rebekah Manning, all of Eldorado Hills, Calif.
No service is scheduled.
