Alfred N. Lazzaro

Alfred N. Lazzaro, former Carson City resident, died September 2003 at the California Veterans Home in Yountville, Calif. He was born Aug. 20, 1916, in Biddleford, Maine, to Nicholas and Olga Lazzaro.

Mr. Lazzaro was the former owner of A&B Liquor.

He was a veteran of World War II.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary D'Amico in September 1999.

Among his survivors are his daughters Olga Hardy of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Patricia Aldridge of Penn Valley, Calif.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brothers Robert of Tulsa, Okla., Joseph of Oklahoma City, Nicholas of Midwest City, Okla., and James of Center Valley, Calif.; and sisters Adele Hamm of Torrance, Calif.. and Bettina Loop of Redondo Beach, Calif.

Burial was next to his wife in Canastota, N.Y.
