A service for Lucille Fox, 79, a Carson City resident for the past 31 years, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Capital Baptist Church, 4555 S. Edmonds Drive.
Mrs. Fox died June 15, 2004, in Carson City. She was born Sept. 30, 1924, in Sallasaw, Okla., to Elmer and Rachael Jackson.
She attended high school.
She married Denver Fox on Feb. 14, 1942, in Wister, Okla.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Sacramento.
Mrs. Fox was a seamstress for various dry cleaners in Carson City for 29 years.
She was preceded in death by her brother, L.C. Jackson.
Among her survivors are her husband of Carson City; sons Don and Daryl Fox, both of Carson City, and Dale Fox of Weed, Calif.; daughters Deanna Kennedy of Citrus Heights, Calif., and Debbie Malchow of Orangevale, Calif.; sisters Hazel Matthew of Grayton, Calif., and Norma Long of Roseville, Calif.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four nieces and one nephew in California.
Entombment will be in Mount Vernon Memorial Park in Fair Oaks, Calif.
