DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, mixed veggies, bread with butter, ambrosia salad.

Tuesday: Tangy meatballs, squash, rice pilaf, apple/orange cup, bread with butter, cookie.

Wednesday: Reuben sandwich, macaroni salad, sauerkraut, rye bread, pears, orange juice.

Thursday: Turkey a la king with noodles, green beans, biscuit with butter, fruit cocktail, vanilla wafer.

Friday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans with mushrooms, fruit and ice cream.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

Monday: Macaroni and cheese, ham slice, three-bean salad, fresh fruit cup, bread.

Tuesday: Club sandwich, vegetable soup, banana, Jell-O, salad bar.

Wednesday: Oven-fried chicken patty, au gratin potatoes, cauliflower, peaches, biscuit with honey.

Thursday: Prime rib, string beans, mashed garlic potatoes, baked apple, hot rolls.

Friday: Crab salad, stuffed tomato, pineapple chunks, cottage cheese, corn muffin.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Cabbage rolls, half a baked potato, carrot medley, rye bread, cake, soup.

Tuesday: Hot turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, frozen peas, cottage cheese, cranberry fruit salad, pudding, soup.

Wednesday: Sweet-and-sour chicken, steamed rice, frozen broccoli, tomato and cucumber salad, cook's choice dessert, soup.

Thursday: Tostadas, ice cream, soup.

Friday: Brown bag lunch in the park.

FERNLEY

Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.:

Monday: Shrimp scampi, rice pilaf, Oriental veggie blend.

Tuesday: Pizza, green salad, green beans, cake with peaches.

Wednesday: Pork strips, applesauce, spinach, potato wedges, biscuit.

Thursday: Hot meatloaf sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, apricots.

Friday: Lemon chicken, chow mien, Oriental veggies, steamed rice, fortune cookie, watermelon.
