The Ormsby Sportsmen's Association (OSA), a local organization for hunters and fishermen, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Carson Nugget Convention Center.
The evening's guest will be Bob Macias of Douglas County.
Macias will present a program on fly tying and how to fish with artificial flies in local waters.
He is a fly fishing instructor and a fly fishing guide, whose business in Douglas County is known as Bent Rod Fly Fishing.
All OSA meetings and functions are free of charge. They are open to all club members and anyone else interested in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, etc.
The annual membership dues are $5 for adults and $2 for youngsters under the age of 16.
