According to the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW), here are some recent fish plants in this general area:

North Pond at the Mason Valley Wildlife Management Area: 1,000 rainbow trout, 8.5 inches, on April 11.

Rancho San Rafael Park Pond in Reno: 500 rainbow trout, 9 inches, on April 12.

Paradise Pond on the north side of Reno: 500 rainbow trout, 9 inches, on April 12.

Sparks Marina in Sparks: 3,336 rainbow trout, 9 inches, on April 12.

East Walker River in Lyon County: 2,075 rainbow trout, 9 inches, on April 15.
