A 52-page outdoor publication, "Fishing The California Alps" has just been distributed in this general area.
This FREE newspaper, now in its 14th year, is produced by Paul and Gloria Washam of Family Enterprises of Woodfords, Calif.
"Fishing The California Alps" is your 2005 guide to fishing spots, hiking trails, camping opportunities and all kinds of outdoor activities in the nearby High Sierra and many other locales in this greater area.
Washam said that 50,000 copies will be distributed to subscribers, resorts, fishing lodges, convenience stores, sporting goods stores, shops, Chambers of Commerce, Visitor Centers, marina's, motels, hotels and to U.S. Forest Service and BLM offices, to name just a few locations.
Another 10,000 copies are reserved for the Bridgeport, Calif. Chamber of Commerce to distribute at outdoor shows.
With an average of 2.5 readers per copy, "Fishing The California Alps" reaches about 150,000 persons. That's impressive!
Once you read this year's copy, I'd bet that you, too, will become a steady subscriber and reader.
