Crimes

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 41-year-old production control supervisor from Carson City was arrested at 6:15 a.m. Sunday at Highway 50 East and Saliman Road on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. He allegedly blew a .281 during a preliminary breath test. Bail was set at $1,132.

• Calvin Beach, 26, of Carson City was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Saturday at Saliman Road and Fifth Street on suspicion of felony probation violation. No ball was set.

• A 22-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 3:55 a.m. Sunday on South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing. Bail was set at $237.

• A 35-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 3:42 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. He allegedly blew a .178 during a preliminary breath test. Bail was set at $1,132.

• A 19-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 10:23 p.m. at Carson and Stewart streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. He allegedly blew a .158 during a preliminary breath test. Bail was set at $1,132.

• A 47-year-old clerk from Carson City was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor protective order violation. Bail was set at $1,132.

• A 28-year-old Dayton man was arrested at 4:41 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of East William Street on suspicion of drunken driving and speeding. The results of his breath test were not available. His bail was set at $1,326.

• A 41-year-old laborer from Reno was arrested at 3:26 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Fleischmann Way on suspicion of violation of bail conditions. He allegedly drank alcohol when ordered not to by the court. His blood-alcohol level at the time of his arrest was .353. In order for him to be booked into the jail, he had to be cleared by the hospital.

• A 39-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 9:57 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of Maple Creek on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• Michelle Alisa McMurtry, a 39-year-old maid from Carson City, was arrested at 4:33 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Saliman Road on suspicion of felony probation violation and gross misdemeanor child endangerment. No bail was set.

• Renae Dee Ellis, 33, a retail manager from Carson City, was arrested on suspicion felony theft out of Clark County. The warrant came to light when Ellis applied for a work card at the Carson City Sheriff's Department Friday at 2:30 p.m. Bail was set at $5,800.
