The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 62-year-old retired Minden man was arrested at 8:22 p.m. Friday at Edmonds Drive and Snyder Way on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, speeding and failure to maintain a single lane. Bail was set at $1,321.
• A 22-year-old fast food worker from Carson City was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of West Park Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
• A 54-year-old flower shop owner from Mammoth Lakes, Calif., was arrested at 7:12 p.m. Friday at Carson and Seventh streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and open container. Bail was set at $1,319.
• A 24-year-old information technology worker from Carson City was arrested at 4:13 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence second offense. Bail was set at $10,000.
• Cody Edward Davis, 20, of Carson City, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. Friday in the 3700 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor minor in possession of alcohol, petty larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,126.
• James Allen Penrod, 48, of Gardnerville, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Friday in the 3100 block of Champion Street on suspicion of felony probation violation. Bail was set at $9,000 cash.
• Matthew Charles Willett, 18, of Carson City, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Saliman Way on suspicion of felony burglary. Willett was one of several men who allegedly broke in the old hospital building and pried open a cash register. Willett was identified on video surveillance, according to the police report.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• A domestic dispute in the 300 block of Emigrant Way in Fernley at 7:12 a.m. Friday.
• A domestic dispute in the 2500 block of Pueblo Street in Silver Springs at 12:30 p.m. Friday.
• A larceny report in the 3000 block of Highway 95A in Silver Springs at 2:53 p.m. Friday.
• A domestic dispute in the 9200 block of Santa Fe Trail in Stagecoach at 4:13 p.m. Friday.
• A report of shots fired on Pueblo Street in Silver Springs at 6:50 p.m. Friday.
• A report of sexual offenses in the 500 block of Mason Avenue in Mason Valley at 11:38 p.m. Friday.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• A report of harassing phone calls to a home in the 400 block of Canyon Way in Lockwood at 2:14 p.m. Friday.
• A report of several people shooting firearms on private property in the 500 block of Painted Rock Road at 2:35 p.m. Friday.
• A traffic accident between a car and a deer on Six Mile Canyon Road in Dayton at 5:23 p.m. Friday.
