The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty:
• William Peck, 47, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. Thursday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and two warrants for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $6,000.
• Irma Arellano-Arroyo, 21, a sales associate from Carson City, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. Wednesday in the 3900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony embezzlement.
• A 32-year-old electrician from Carson City was arrested at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at Park and Roop streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.
• Jarod McPherson, 22, a forklift operator from Dayton, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of East Musser Street. Bail was set at $500.
n Deputies responded to the following calls:
• Cash was stolen from a casino arcade in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East sometime between Monday and Wednesday.
• A juvenile was struck by a vehicle Thursday about 8:26 a.m. outside Empire Elementary School. The driver stopped, asked the if the child was OK and when the child said yes, the driver left. The juvenile sustained "minor bruising."
• A man in his 50s, wearing makeup, a blond curly wig, green shirt, panty hose, white lacy underwear and black high-heel shoes entered a tanning salon in the 200 block of East Winnie Lane on Wednesday at 7:20 p.m. and asked to see a tanning booth. After a short time in the booth, the man emerged with his genitalia exposed and asked the clerk to touch him. The man left the business before police arrived.
