The Galena High softball team swept a doubleheader from Manogue on Saturday in High Desert League action, winning the opener 177-1 and the nightcap 18-9.
In the opener, winning pitcher Justine Sargent had a no-hitter through four innings in the game that was called after five innings. Sargent also went 2-for-3 with three RBI.
In addition for Galena, Jesse Worth hit a two-run home run and went 3-for-4 with three RBI.
In game two, Morgan Molinari went 4-for-5 and Kayla Craft went 3-for-4 with five RBI. Alicia Craft hit a two-run homer in game one and a three-run homer in game two. Jordan Williams was the winning pitcher in the nightcap.
Galena's junior varsity team also swept Manogue, winning the opener 15-5 and the nightcap 8-7.
