The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Carmen Montes, 20, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony burglary by shoplifting, misdemeanor minor possessing alcohol, violation of bail conditions and failure to appear on a criminal warrant. Montes allegedly attempted to steal $16.45 worth of groceries from a local grocery store, according to the arrest report. Bail was set at $3,447 cash.

• Randall Green, 34, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Friday at the Carson City Jail on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property. Green was arrested on an unrelated charge while allegedly in possession of a bicycle valued at $600 that was reported stolen. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Jeanne Mae Blandford, 21, Carson City, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. Friday on suspicion of felony embezzlement. Blandford allegedly took items from her place of business and attempted to leave after work without paying for the items, according to the arrest report. Bail was set at $15,000.

• A 22-year-old dishwasher from Carson City was arrested at 11:59 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of West College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• A 22-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 1:46 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of North Saliman Road on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,264.

Lyon County

Deputies responded to the following calls:

• A report of a vehicle burglary in the 5200 block of Peek Avenue in Fernley at 5:47 a.m. Saturday.

• A destruction of property complaint in the 5500 block of Peek Avenue in Silver Springs at 10:39 p.m. Friday.

• A complaint about noise from dirt bikes in the 1000 block of Redrock Road in Fernley at 3:48 p.m. Friday.

• A motor vehicle accident with property damage in the 1200 block of Highway 95A in Silver Springs at 9:02 p.m. Friday.

• A felony warrant service on Fir Avenue in Silver Springs at 9:32 p.m. Friday.

• A report of a prowler in the 200 block of Bobcat Drive in Mark Twain at 10:40 p.m. Friday.

Storey County

Deputies responded to the following calls:

• A domestic battery call on South B Street in Virginia City during which the suspect fled on foot before officers arrived at 2:11 a.m. Friday.

• An alarm in the 900 block of Highway 341 at 12:48 a.m. Friday.
