Arthur Jay Sullivan, 46, a 20-year Carson City resident, died Oct. 8, 2005, in Carson City. He was born Aug. 1, 1959, in Los Angeles to Alfred and Barbara Stevens Sullivan.
He married Janice Walton on Aug. 12, 1996, in Virginia City.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Maywood, Calif.
Mr. Sullivan was a security officer. He also worked at the Carson Nugget for many years.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1962.
Among his survivors are his wife, daughters Carrie Coates and Morgan McKinney and parents John "Jack" and Barbara Aurand, all of Carson City; sisters Sharon, Caroline and Pauline; brothers Johnny, Neelun, Ricky, Billy, Ralph, David and Steve; grandchildren Mathew, Cheyenne and Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
