The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Kelli Anderson of Carson City was arrested at 6 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Drive on suspicion of felony burglary, forgery, uttering a forged instrument and possession of stolen property. Anderson allegedly stole a cell phone and several checks from a private residence and attempted to cash them, according to the arrest report. Bail was set at $35,000.
• A 23-year-old secretary from Carson City was arrested at 1:27 a.m. Sunday at Hells Bells Road and Fifth Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, failure to maintain a single lane, speeding, littering and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $3,036.
Lyon County
Deputies responded to the following calls:
• A report of a domestic dispute in the 1200 block of West Newlands Drive in Fernley at 8:57 a.m.
• A report of a residential burglary in the 700 block of Canary Street in Fernley at 11:20 a.m.
• A report of shots fired on Grosh Avenue in Dayton at 5:49 p.m.
• Served a search warrant for narcotics in the 5400 block of Shoshone Drive in Stagecoach at 6:43 p.m.
• A report of a domestic dispute on West Main Street in Fernley at 8:11 p.m.
• A fight in the 100 block of East Main Street in Fernley at 8:50 p.m.
• Felony warrant served in the 1300 block of West Newlands Drive in Fernley at 10:35 p.m.
Storey County
Deputies responded to the following calls:
• A man reported hunters firing rounds into a gopher pit in the 600 block of Peru Drive at 12:15 p.m.
• A man was reported sleeping in a vehicle parked on Six Mile Canyon Road in Virginia City at 3:30 p.m.
• A woman allegedly stole a 20-pack of beer and fled in a vehicle from a convenience store in Lockwood at 8:20 p.m.
